Pet Policy: Quiet, well-behaved pets are welcome! For everybody's safety, pets must be leashed or under voice command and control at all times when outside. Noisy, disruptive pets or those exhibiting anti-social behavior are not acceptable and will not be permitted to stay. A professional kennel is available in Ely.

Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the cabin rate is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are due within 10 days of your reservation request. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days in advance of your arrival.

Payments: Payment in full for reserved cabin and equipment is due at check-in. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, travelers checks, cashier's checks and cash are accepted. Cabins and equipment will be charged for the entire time reserved. Sorry, no refunds for early departure.

Cancellations: If your cancellation notice is received less than 60 days in advance of arrival, refunds minus a $100 service fee will be made ONLY IF the cabin is rented to another party for the entire time of the original reservation. If your cancellation notice is received more than 60 days in advance of arrival, your deposit can be (a) transferred IN FULL to another reservation date within the next 12 months or (b) refunded minus a $100 service fee.
